Michigan State football is set to close the 2025 season on Saturday, and on Sunday, it is the last day to host recruits before a dead period leads teams into the early signing period. That means teams are scrambling to put the finishing touches on the 2026 recruiting class.

For the Spartans, following the loss of 3-star OL commit Quinn Buckey earlier in the week, they are exploring options to replace that spot. They turned to a prospect from Ohio for their latest offer.

Jack Ziarko, a native of Canton (OH), attending Hoover High School, is a 6-foot-4 and 280 pounder currently committed to Miami (OH). He projects as an interior offensive lineman.

Ranked as a three-star prospect, he is rated an 89 by rivals and an 87 by 247Sports, and according to both sites consensus rankings, as the No. 851 overall player in the country.

Aside from Miami (OH), and now MSU, Ziarko holds offers from Air Force, Akron, Fordham, Kent State and Toledo. Be on the lookout for the Ohio native to try and schedule an official visit for Sunday.
