The New York Jets are home underdogs against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 13.

Despite that, head coach Aaron Glenn's defense will catch a break in Sunday's matchup. Falcons superstar wide receiver Drake London will not play last week, according to various reports after head coach Raheem Morris called him "doubtful."

London is dealing with a PCL sprain injury in his knee.

Sunday will mark his second consecutive missed contest after he missed a Week 12 victory over the New Orleans Saints as well. London hasn't logged any practice reps in over a week.

Darnell Mooney will serve as the Falcons' go-to receiver in London's absence. Mooney produced three receptions for 74 receiving yards and a touchdown versus the Saints in Week 12. The Falcons also have Bijan Robinson and Kyle Pitts on offense, but London isn't the only notable starter that will miss Sunday's game versus the Jets.

Veteran backup quarterback Kirk Cousins is now the Falcons' starter. Michael Penix Jr. recently suffered a potentially season-ending knee injury. Cousins will be making his second straight start after completing 16-of-23 attempts for 199 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception in the 24-10 win over the Saints.

The Jets defense will be fortunate to avoid London on Sunday. We'll see if that helps the underdog Jets pull out a victory.
