As the Cleveland Browns and San Francisco 49ers have been locked in a tight battle in Week 13 of the 2025 NFL season, injuries have started to pile up for the home team. With the visiting Niners up 10-8, the Browns have seen OL Ethan Pocic depart and return, lost OL Jack Conklin to a concussion, saw DE Isaiah McGuire limp off the field, and, in the middle of the third quarter, saw DT Maliek Collins be carted off the field with an apparent leg injury.
Collins has been playing at a Pro Bowl level this year during his first season in Cleveland. The hulking defensive tackle has started all 11 games, adding 6.5 sacks, 12 QB hits and seven tackles for loss this season to a Browns defensive line that has excelled all year.
Pro Football Focus has given Collins the best grade of his career, 74.7, so far this year.
The Browns announced that Collins is out for the game with a knee injury.
