Police are still searching for the baby of a pregnant mother-to-be found dead in a woodland just days before she was due to give birth.

Rebecca Park, who was 39 weeks pregnant, was found dead in Manistee National Forest, but there was no sign of her baby.

Rebecca was last seen leaving her mother’s house in Michigan on the evening of November 4.

Earlier this month, she was reported missing from Boon Township, nearly 50 miles away from where her body was found.

Witnesses said she was last seen getting into the passenger side of a dark-coloured car outside the home.

She was not heard from again, and days later, her phone was found near her mother’s home.

Her fiancé, Richard Lee Falor, and her 21-year-old sister, Kimberly Park, have since been arrested but not charged in connection with Rebecca’s death.

WEXFORD COUNTY, Mich,. (WPBN/WGTU) - - The sister and fianc? of missing woman Rebecca Park, Kimberly Park and Richard Lee Falor were arraigned Wednesday, both on several charges, according to an UpNorthLive reporter from the courtroom. Kimberly Park: Park was charged with three counts, including tampering with evidence in a criminal case, lying to a police officer during a violent crime investigation, and filing a false report of a felony. The first count, tampering with evidence, is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and/or a $20,000 fine. The second count, lying to a police officer, is punishable by up to four years in prison and/or a $5,000 fine. The third count, filing a false report of a felony, is a misdemeanor punishable by up to four years in prison and/or a $2,000 fine. Park has been deemed a threat to the community and a flight risk, according to the court. Her bond has been set at $750,000 cash surety. If she posts bond the court ordered her to be placed on GPS house arrest. Richard Lee Falor: Falor is facing a potential life sentence after being charged with two counts of delivering methamphetamine. Each count carries a penalty of up to 20 years in prison and a $25,000 fine. As a habitual offender with three previous attempted or completed felonies, Falor's charges could lead to a life sentence. The judged ordered a $1 million cash bond, citing Falor as a threat and flight risk. If released on bond, he will be placed under GPS house arrest. Richard Falor was arrested and taken to jail around 9 p.m. Tuesday, according to jail records. Kimberly Park was arrested around 1 a.m. Wednesday morning and taken to Wexford County Jail, according to records. "I'm heartbroken, crushed. I have to remain strong. I have three children, little bitties that do not understand any of it," Stephanie Park, Rebecca's Adoptive mother. "We have been, as a family, preparing for this outcome. Not quite as gruesome as this outcome. But preparing for this outcome." Previous information: Fianc? and sister of missing woman in custody after body found in Manistee National Forest This comes a day after a body resembling Park was discovered by searchers in the Manistee National Forest in Boon Township on Tuesday, November 25. The sheriff?s office said it cannot confirm the body is Park until an autopsy is performed, nor can it comment on whether a baby was accounted for. The autopsy has not yet been scheduled as of Wednesday morning. Rebecca was last seen November 3 getting into a vehicle. She was about 38 weeks pregnant at the time. Richard Falor was arrested and taken to jail around 9 p.m. Tuesday, according to jail records.

Falor, a 43-year-old convicted sex offender, was detained the same night as when Rebecca’s body was found just 50 miles from where she was last seen.

He was charged with two drug-related crimes and is facing a life sentence due to his past as a habitual offender.

Described as a community and flight risk, Falor remains in jail, held on a $1,000,000 cash bond.

He had spoken to the media when Rebecca first vanished.He said: ‘Becca told her mom, “Hold on. I got somebody to pick me up. This is just something I got to do. I’m sorry,”‘ Falor said.

‘A black sedan pulled up, and she got in. Nobody’s heard from her since.’

He added: ‘Me and her have been together for a little over two years, and even when she’s not around me, she’s always in contact with me.

‘Me, her mom and sister, we’ve all been calling the hospitals. I just want to know that she’s safe. Our son is safe,’ Falor said.

Kimberly was taken into custody, charged with tampering with evidence in a criminal case, lying to a police officer during a violent crime investigation, and filing a false police report of a felony.

She is being held on a $750,000 cash bond at Wexford County Jail.

Rebecca’s cause of death is still being investigated, and police have said they can only release ‘extremely limited’ information to the public due to the nature of the case.

Her adoptive mother Stephanie Park said she’s been silent during the search to protect her family, but now she wants people to know that Becca had a family.

She said: ‘We have been silent because we do care. We wanted her found. We did not want a push anybody that would be involved in this way so that she would be able to be found. I never suspected her as running away with the baby. So, we have been preparing ourselves for this outcome.

‘She was deeply loved. She was. She had some mental illnesses and some troubles. She was a loving person, but she had her problems. She deserves to be remembered, as the sweet girl that she was when she was younger.’
