Chargers get big AFC West victory vs. Raiders

The Los Angeles Chargers are celebrating after beating the Las Vegas Raiders by a score of 31-14 in Week 13 at SoFi Stadium.

The Chargers came out of the gates with a quick touchdown in the first quarter from quarterback Justin Herbert to wide receiver Quentin Johnston to take a 7-0 lead. Herbert suffered a left hand injury and was briefly taken out of the game. Backup quarterback Trey Lance replaced him for one drive.

Herbert returned to the game and led the Chargers offense to more scoring in the second half. After two touchdowns in the third quarter, the Chargers took a commanding lead, one that they would keep for the rest of the game.

The Chargers are back in action next week as they take on the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 14’s edition of Monday Night Football. Kickoff is scheduled for 5:20 p.m. PT on ESPN or ESPN app.
