Iowa (8-4, 6-3 Big Ten) ended its 2025 regular season with a dominant 40-16 win at Nebraska (7-5, 4-5 Big Ten).

Graduate quarterback Mark Gronowski made more Hawkeye history in the win, setting the new single-season rushing record for an Iowa quarterback. Gronowski adds that record to his single-season rushing touchdowns record by an Iowa quarterback.

The 6-foot-2, 235-pound quarterback from Naperville, Ill., tallied 230 total yards of offense and three touchdowns in the win over the Huskers. Now, Iowa and Gronowski await their bowl destination, which will be announced on Dec. 7.

After its blowout win over Nebraska, Iowa is once again on the forefront of the pollsters minds. In the latest edition of the US LBM Coaches Poll, Iowa is the first team outside the top 25. The Hawkeyes are receiving the most votes of any team with 85 points.

The Big Ten boasts five teams in the newest rankings, including No. 1 Ohio State and No. 2 Indiana. Oregon is ranked No. 4, USC No. 17 and Michigan No. 18.

Fellow Big Ten squads Washington, Illinois and Penn State are receiving votes. Here's a look at the full US LBM Coaches Poll entering conference championship weekend:
