While its name might suggest a 24-hour period of insane discounts, the days of trampling stampedes of shoppers looking to take advantage of Black Friday sales are firmly in the past. In reality, the Black Friday sales in 2025 often run for weeks. Trust us on this – the deals team here at TechRadar Australia has been tracking discounts since the beginning of November.

For an example of a sale that got underway well before the official date of November 28, Amazon threw the switch on its Black Friday deals on November 18 – a full 10 days early. Many of the biggest retailers across Australia followed Amazon's lead, launching their proper sales well in advance of the main event.

As start dates can be quite unpredictable, it's probably not surprising that end dates can be too. This is especially the case now that Cyber Monday – an event that started as an attempt to match Black Friday's in-store mania with an online-only counterpart – now simply extends the deals frenzy to an entire four-day weekend.

  • Amazon: Black Friday sale ends on Dec 1

  • Breville: up to AU$1,200 off until Dec 7. Save 10% sitewide with our exclusive code
  • Dell: sale ends on Dec 1, but you can save big with our exclusive FUTURE13% code
  • Dyson: save up to AU$650 of premium appliances until Dec 4
  • HP: save up to 50% on select HP tech until Dec 8. Get an extra 5% off with our exclusive FUTURE5 code
  • Lenovo: save up to 47% on select laptops and score an additional 3% off with code TECHRADARBFCM – ends Dec 1
  • Meta: up to AU$110 off the Quest 3S, 20% off accessories – sale ends Dec 1

  • The Good Guys: get additional savings on discounted items with code CYBER25 – ends Dec 1

However, it's worth noting that while the sales might not be as limited-time as they once were, individual products can and do still sell out – we've seen some stellar savings come and go already in November. Prices can fluctuate at some stores, too, so what was a good deal five minutes ago might not be any longer – so if you see a product at a good discount, our general advice is to take advantage while you can.

The 10 deals to buy before these sales end

Nespresso Vertuo Pop (white coconut)Save 62% (AU$142)Nespresso Vertuo Pop (white coconut): was AU$229 now AU$87 at Amazon

It might have been usurped by the Vertuo Pixie as the best coffee pod machine, but you'll struggle to find a machine that offers more value at this discounted price. This unit offers great coffee, easy and fast, and this deal lets you spend more on what matters – the pods.

View DealNinja Luxe Café PremierSave 44% (AU$440)Ninja Luxe Café Premier: was AU$999 now AU$559 at The Good Guys

Already great value at the AU$699 we've regularly been seeing this espresso machine selling for since it launched just weeks ago, this further price drop makes it unmissable. It earned 4.5-stars in our Ninja Luxe Café review, in which our tester said it was "an espresso machine anyone can master" – providing pro-level drinks with minimal effort. Simply put, we think it's the best all-in-one coffee maker you can currently buy.

Use the Good Guys' price beat button and coupon code CYBER25 at the checkout for this all-time low price.

View DealApple iPad Air 11-inch (M3; 128GB)Save 26% (AU$262)Apple iPad Air 11-inch (M3; 128GB): was AU$999 now AU$737 at Amazon

Looking for a laptop replacement? From 4K editing to high-powered gaming, the M3-powered iPad Air can take it on – now AU$262 off. We loved its power, display and battery life in our 11-inch iPad Air with M3 review and, if you want a larger display from an iPad, the 13-inch model is down 19% to just AU$1,097. Alternatively, if you don't need top shelf performance, the still-speedy M2 model is only AU$699.

View DealAmazon Kindle Paperwhite (2024)Price beatSave 37% (AU$110)Amazon Kindle Paperwhite (2024): was AU$299 now AU$189 at The Good Guys

While Amazon is usually the go-to for its own Kindle devices, The Good Guys is offering the best deal right now. The absolute best-value ereader deal of Black Friday 2025, it has a stellar 7-inch E Ink Carta 1300 screen, snappy page turns and impressive overall performance that we loved in our Amazon Kindle Paperwhite (2024) review.

Use the price beat function and coupon code CYBER25 for this all-time low price.

View DealGoogle Pixel 10Save 33% (AU$500)Google Pixel 10: was AU$1,497 now AU$997 at JB Hi-Fi

Black Friday deals don't get much better than AU$500 off a recently released flagship phone, in every colour too. In our Google Pixel 10 review, we called it Google's "most competitive" smartphone yet. It boasts great cameras, useful AI tools and an unbeatable design.

View DealBose QuietComfort Ultra EarbudsSave 45% (AU$200.95)Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds: was AU$449.95 now AU$249 at Amazon

45% off these fantastic buds is definitely a deal worth checking out on what are still one of the best pairs of true wireless buds, even though a new second-generation has technically superseded them. Their ANC performance is par excellence and, being Bose, they doesn't compromise on sound either. And, if you're looking for immersive audio, few headphones do it better.

View DealSamsung S90F (65-inch)Save 36% (AU$1,335)Samsung S90F (65-inch): was AU$3,690 now AU$2,355 at Appliance Central

The S90F may technically be a step down model Samsung's flagship S95F OLED TV, but in terms of overall performance, there's honestly not a whole lot in it. So, if your budget can't quite stretch to the latter, you won't be disappointed with this less pricey mode, especially with this 36% discount that gets you a larger size for less. The S90F still features a praiseworthy anti-glare screen, sumptuous colours and a gorgeous, slim design.

View DealPS5 Slim Digital Use code PS5CONSave 40% (AU$300.95)PS5 Slim Digital : was AU$749.95 now AU$449 at eBay

This could well be an all-time low for the PS5 Slim digital console. If you've yet to jump aboard the PlayStation bandwagon, you probably won't get a better chance this year. To reiterate, however, this is the digital edition, so there's no disc drive to play physical games from. Digital copies often don't get the same deep discounting that occurs because of retailer price wars, so you’ll want to factor this in. Be sure to use the checkout code PS5CON for the full discount.

View DealShark PowerDetect CordlessSave 53% (AU$446)Shark PowerDetect Cordless: was AU$845.99 now AU$399.99 at Shark Australia

It's the auto-emptying version of this cordless vacuum that we rank as the #1 best vacuum in Australia, but if you don't need that feature, this is arguably one of the best deals we can recommend on a powerful machine. You'll get up to 70 minutes of runtime, plus a bendy wand to get under furniture, and there's dynamic suction for the best clean possible.

View DealDreame L10S UltraSave 64% (AU$770)Dreame L10S Ultra: was AU$1,199 now AU$429 at Amazon

This is an older robot vacuum cleaner, which explains why it's gotten such a massive discount – and it's no longer stocked by Dreame Australia. In this case though, there's no harm in opting for an old robovac because it performed so well in our tests. In our Dreame L10S Ultra review, marks were mostly docked because it was loud – everything else it did well. If you don't have carpets and pets, and want something simple, this is a fantastic price.
