We're still a day away, but the Cyber Monday deals have already arrived, replacing Black Friday as if it was one long continuous sale. Which it kind of is, really – many of the great deals we saw last week are still around this weekend, and will still be here tomorrow.

There are some new ones, though, and also some further price cuts – particularly at Amazon, which launched its Cyber Monday sale yesterday.

It's worth noting that some deals – such as the all-new AirPods 4 on sale at Amazon – have already sold out – and more may well do so over the next two days. If you have your eye on something, my advice would be to not wait too long.

The good news is that there are still plenty of great offers that have stuck around. We love the rare streaming bundle deal that gets you Disney+ and Hulu for just $4.99 a month, for instance, while one great Apple deal is still on offer – the Apple Watch SE 3 for $299 at Amazon. You'll still find all of Amazon's devices discounted at the retailer, too, for instance the Blink Mini 2 security camera for just $17.99.

As TechRadar's deals editor with eight years of experience covering Cyber Monday, I've been combing through today's offers to find the best Cyber Monday sales and stand-out deals on TVs, kitchen appliances, Apple devices, vacuums, smart home gadgets, and headphones. I've been looking through Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy and other retailers, and hunting for savings on Samsung, Ninja, Dyson, Sony and Shark products. If you see it below, it comes recommended from the TechRadar team.

The LG B5 is great value, but it's still a little pricey if you're really on a budget. If I were looking for something really cost-effective, I'd consider something like Toshiba's C350 4K Fire TV.

It's just $199 right now thanks to Amazon's massive Cyber Monday price cut, and it still delivers solid picture quality for everyday viewing. You'll also get easy access to streaming apps like Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video via Amazon's built-in Fire TV OS. Can't make the budget stretch? You can do a lot worse here.

OK, so the LG B5 isn't technically a 'high-end' model, but it is an incredible value if you're looking for an OLED TV on a budget. Today's discount at Best Buy brings this display down to an enticing $529 - a brand new record low.

For the record, the LG B5 delivers excellent picture quality with bold colors and strong contrast, a full suite of gaming features perfect for modern gaming consoles, and performance to match. At $529, it's an impressive buy - although that only gets you a 48-incher. Other sizes are on sale, note.

I'm more of a Kindle guy personally, but I can't deny the Fire HD 8 is another great option if you just want a basic tablet for shopping or browsing. It's not a world-beater, but it does handle the basics well.

Who would have thought? Amazon loves to discount its own-brand devices down to record-low prices over these big sales events - and Cyber Monday is certainly no exception.
