Today's best Cyber Monday phone deals offer excellent discounts on everything from the latest iPhone 17 to cheap Android devices. In fact, some of TechRadar's favorite devices are on sale for record-low prices. If you're looking for your next upgrade, then it's definitely worth considering the various promotions we've listed out below.

Highlights today include massive discounts of up to $1,800 at major carriers like T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T, as well as superb options from smaller prepaid carriers. For unlocked deals, Samsung, Amazon, Best Buy, and Apple all have strong seasonal discounts today, with excellent options for those who'd prefer to forgo the pricey plan.

Our favorite deal today? It's hard to choose, but Samsung's combination of a free storage upgrade and $400 discount on the Galaxy S25 Ultra is hard to beat. On paper, this one might not seem quite as good value as the 17 Pro Max deal above, but it's worth noting that the free iPhone 17 is available on the entry-level Welcome Unlimited plan, which makes it a better option for the budget-conscious. You can also throw in a free iPad and Apple Watch here, although note you will have to pay extra for accessory cellular lines, and these lines don't get any bundle discounts on the Welcome plan. The outstanding Galaxy S25 Ultra is available under the same terms as the iPhone 17 Pro Max today, meaning a free device, Samsung tablet, and Galaxy Watch alongside a new unlimited line. These are all things that we've seen offered before at Verizon, but previously, you needed the highest-end Ultimate plan to be eligible. Today, you can get these on the mid-tier Plus plan, which is just outstanding value in my opinion.

Google Pixel 10 Pro XL: free with a new unlimited line, plus free tablet and smartwatch at VerizonAnd last, but certainly not least is Verizon's Cyber Monday deal on the excellent Pixel 10 Pro XL. Are you sensing a theme here? The deal is a free device, tablet, and Google smartwatch alongside either a Plus or Ultimate unlimited plan. No trade-ins are needed at all here, although you do need to take out lines on those accessories, even if they are technically 'free' upfront.

Apple iPhone 17 series: up to $1,1100 off with a trade, plus iPad and Apple Watch for $0.99 at AT&TThis is my favorite deal at AT&T this week, although I don't think it's a Cyber Monday special technically. You can trade-in a wide range of devices today to get a massive trade-in rebate of up to $1,100 off one of the latest iPhone 17 devices. That's enough to get the iPhone 17 Pro for free right now and you can also throw in a free iPad and Apple Watch for just $0.99 per month each. As always, you will need cellular lines and an unlimited data plan to be eligible for all the freebies though!

The terms are the same here; you can get a chunky trade-in rebate alongside some cheap accessories to go with your phone. As with the iPhone deal above, I'm not entirely sure this is a Cyber Monday special, but it is definitely one of the better carrier deals out there right now and worth checking out.

Not only do you get a free storage upgrade, but the official retailer is also offering the choice between a $450 upfront discount or a trade-in rebate of up to $750 off. While the trade-in rebate is a long way off from the record-high of around $1,000, the upfront discount here is an incredible deal on this device and enough to bring it down to just $850. Combined with the storage upgrade? Yep, this is the one.
