Speaking to CBS News, Lamine Yamal chose a moment that French fans remember all too well as his favorite goal—at least for now. The young Spanish forward highlighted his spectacular strike in the semi-finals of Euro 2024 against France. With a stunning shot from outside the box, he beat Mike Maignan and brought La Roja level in a match they would ultimately go on to win.

"I have three or four favorite goals... But if I had to choose one, I think, in terms of importance and beauty, it's the goal I scored against France at the Euros," Yamal admitted. It must be said, this goal holds a special place in his young career and helped to enrich his trophy cabinet with one of the most prestigious honors he has already claimed: the Euro 2024 title.
