While Josh Allen didn't put up gawdy numbers, he was, however, a part of one of the more discussed headlines from the game. He and Steelers' All-Pro defensive tackle Cam Heyward had a war of words throughout the game, getting in the face of one another on multiple occasions. After the game, Heyward said Allen kneed him in the stomach.

"Being kneed in my stomach?" Heyward said when asked about the altercation via Mark Kaboly. "And then just jawing back and forth. I'm ticked off the entire game because the quarterback's being protected and I'm not."

The reigning MVP took a different approach, opting to praise Heyward when asked if the altercation got him fired up.

"Maybe a little bit," Allen said via Dan Fetes. "I love the competitiveness out of this game. He's such a great player. Sometimes you need fire like that to get you going."

Allen and the Bills will head back home to host the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 14.
