How long should Bayern Munich seek to keep Harry Kane?

Bayern Munich star Harry Kane is 32-years-old and is having one of his best seasons ever.

Kane is happy and living life in Bavaria. His family loves the living set-up as well. Both Kane and Bayern Munich seem to want to extend his contract, so simply put, things are great.

Tottenham Hotspur and FC Barcelona could be the two most active bidders on Kane if — somehow — things collapse. That is not expected to happen, though.

Kane’s current deal runs through 2027 and he will have to declare in January if he at least wants to see that out.

Given his age (Kane will turn 33 in July), his performance, and his production…how long should Bayern Munich seek to keep Kane around? Check out these options below:

• Should the club secure him for the extent of his current deal and effectively buy a year to decide on how long an extension should be?

• Should the club proactively extend his deal for a year to keep him through 2028, so it has ample time to figure out a post-Kane plan?
