Mohamed Salah
Yesterday afternoon, Mohamed Salah remained on the bench until the final whistle at West Ham. This was a first for the Liverpool star since 2020.
Not in the starting lineup, Mohamed Salah stayed on the bench during the Reds' 2-1 victory at West Ham on Sunday. The Egyptian had not experienced a Premier League match without coming on since the trip to Everton (0-0) on June 21, 2020.
Outside of periods of unavailability, the Egyptian winger had just completed a streak of 200 consecutive league matches, playing at least a minute in every game.
