Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Davante Adams has been on an incredible run this year, catching 52 passes for 689 yards an 14 touchdowns, which leads the league.

On Sunday against the Carolina Panthers at Bank of America Stadium, Adams finished with four receptions for 58 yards and two touchdowns. That pair of scores, moved Adams passed Hall of Fame tight end Antonio Gates, who caught 116 touchdowns from 2003-18 with the Chargers, for the seventh-most in NFL history.

Adams has been truly spectacular this year, and if he keeps this up, he could break the Rams' single-season touchdown record (17), which was set by Elroy Hirsch in 1951.

He's now just four touchdowns away from breaking that record and five away from passing Larry Fitzgerald (121) for the sixth-most in NFL history.
