The NFL released the first wave of votes for the 2026 Pro Bowl Games in February in the San Francisco area during Super Bowl week. Early on, at least one member of the Lions looks to be in excellent shape to be selected.

Lions running back Jahmyr Gibbs sits 5th overall in total votes to begin Pro Bowl voting, with almost 25,000 votes. 24,951, to be exact. He ranks second among running backs (Colts RB Jonathan Taylor; 25,134) and third among NFC players, behind Seahawks WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba (27,162) and Packers EDGE Micah Parsons (25,155).

The top vote-getter thus far is Patriots quarterback Drake Maye with 31,452.

Gibbs is one of four running backs in the top ten. Along with Taylor and Gibbs, you have 49ers RB Christian McCaffrey (24,636) and 49ers FB Kyle Juszczyk (22,982).
