New LEGO Star Wars 2026 Sets Revealed: Venator, BB-8 & More

The LEGO Group has revealed three new Star Wars models releasing on January 1st, kicking off the new year with a pretty fun trio of sets.

LEGO has released first looks at a trio of new Star Wars sets coming in 2026. Not only do we have a brand-new Venator-Class Attack Cruiser from Revenge of the Sith, but also an expansion of the popular midi-scale vehicle collection, and a new large-scale droid.

Releasing on January 1st, three new LEGO Star Wars sets will be released to kick off the new year. Here are the official images and set info for LEGO's upcoming Venator-Class Attack Cruiser (75441), AT-AT (75440), and BB-8 (75452).

Expanding LEGO's midi-scale collection from starships to ground vehicles, the new AT-AT (75440) is a first for LEGO Star Wars sets.

An all-new size for the Imperial Walker model, this new AT-AT features a variety of details, including some Easter egg studs representing The Empire Strikes Back General Veers, and more Imperial troops on the inside of the build. There's also a mini-build of a Rebel snowspeeder attempting to trip up the walker with its tow cable.

With a piece count of 525 and a price tag of $64.99, some collectors may be hesitant to grab this particular set, especially if they already have a bigger version or even this year's holiday-themed Gingerbread AT-AT. However, it's not a bad get for those who don't have any AT-ATs in their collection and/or have limited shelf space.

In a similar vein, LEGO's new midi-scale Venator-Class Attack Cruiser (75441) is a great get for those who couldn't afford or have room for LEGO's massive $650 UCS Venator that released back in 2023.

Coming in at 643 pieces and a price tag of $80, the price-per-piece ratio is about the same as the previous AT-AT, featuring its own Easter eggs, like pieces representing Anakin and Obi-Wan's Jedi Interceptors in the interior.

All in all, it feels like a pretty good bet that this new Venator model will be the best-selling LEGO Star Wars model out of the three this January.

Last but not least is the brand-new BB-8 Astromech Droid (75452), the latest iteration of the classic sequel trilogy droid and newest in LEGO's recent series of larger scale droid models. That said, the price-per-piece is not nearly as good as the previous two models, having only 569 pieces for $90.

It also seems as though this new BB-8 is to scale with LEGO's R2-D2 and C-3PO models from last year, so it will likely be of interest to those looking to complete the set.
