Things are already getting chippy in the first quarter of the Week 13 game between the New York Giants and New England Patriots.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementIn the first quarter, Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart took a hit near the sideline that his teammates didn't take kindly to, which led to a fight between the two teams.
However, the hit on Dart was legal, even though it didn't look great initially. In fact, Giants tight end Theo Johnson was flagged after the fight was broken up.
Here's video of the fight:
We appreciate the Giants defending their quarterback, but there was nothing illegal about that hit and their overreaction cost the team yards.
