Twitter reacts to Patriots' blowout win, Drake Maye's MVP performance

The New England Patriots defeated the New York Giants by a 33-15 margin on Monday Night Football in a game where they set the tone early and never looked back.

It was a big game for quarterback Drake Maye, who strengthened his NFL MVP case with another impressive performance. He went 24-of-31 on the evening, throwing for 281 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions.

On the other side, the Patriots' defense held Giants rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart to only 139 yards passing in the game. They shut down the Giants' passing attack and clogged up enough running lanes to keep Dart from breaking the game with his legs.

The Patriots made history with the win, becoming the first team since the Indianapolis Colts in 1999 to have a 10-game win streak after losing 13-plus games in the previous season. Mike Vrabel has helped turn a 4-13 Patriots team into a machine, now sitting on top of the entire NFL with an 11-2 overall record.
