You’d better watch out – Donald Trump is coming to town, and he has a naughty list with him.
The White House has launched a new web page called ‘Offender Hall of Shame’, to expose what they call ‘false and misleading stories’.
Story links, news outlet names and information about the journalists who wrote the articles are all detailed on the web portal.
Each story is categorised by ‘misrepresentation’, ‘omission of context’, ‘bias’, ‘malpractice’, ‘mischaracterisation’, ‘lie’, ‘false claim’ and even ‘left-wing lunacy’.
Outlets named include reputable sources such as The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, BBC, MSNBC and even the Associated Press.
One article written by AP, which called out unfounded claims made by Trump about paracetamol use linked to autism, was dubbed a ‘false claim, lie and malpractice’.

The White House said another piece detailing how more than 30 people were killed by gunfire at a US aid site in Gaza showed that the Washington Post ‘acted as a mouthpiece for a jihadist terrorist organisation’.
Those who visit the web page are urged to scroll ‘for the truth’. It’s the latest instance of the current administration’s hostility towards some journalists.
Days ago, Trump laid into a female reporter who asked to explain why he blamed Joe Biden for the shooting of two National Guard members.
The reporter raised the Department of Justice’s statement, asking the president: ‘So why do you blame the Biden administration?’
Trump replied: ‘Because they let them in. Are you stupid? Are you a stupid person?’
The move comes after reporters left the Pentagon over harsh new press rules (Picture: Getty)
He also called a female reporter a ‘piggy’, pointed his finger in her face and told her to be quiet while on Air Force One.

He interrupted her abruptly, pointing to another female journalist and sneering: ‘Quiet, piggy.’
Press accreditation for the Pentagon has also been restricted mainly to right-wing media outlets.
Journalists were seen packing their things and moving out after refusing to sign an agreement not to report any information from government employees unless they had authorisation from the Pentagon.
