A new trailer for Pokémon Legends: Z-A DLC has revealed an all-new type of Mega Evolution set to arrive in-game this winter. The action RPG spinoff of the perennially popular Pokémon franchise is expecting its first DLC, Mega Dimension, on December 10. The DLC will include new story content, as well as several new Mega Evolutions.

Now, The Pokémon Company has revealed an all-new type of Mega Evolution that'll debut in Legends Z-A with the DLC: Mega Evolution Z. A new trailer on YouTube shows off the mechanic, which will alter Pokémon's stats in a different way from typical Mega Evolution. Prominently featured in the trailer is Mega Lucario Z - as of now, Lucario is the only Pokémon we know of who'll be able to undergo this type of evolution in Mega Dimensions.
