NC State football bowl projections

NC State’s bowl destination will be settled this weekend, and could still be affected by which ACC team(s) make the College Football Playoff. There’s plenty of guessing to be had in the meantime, though. Here are where some national outlets have NC State going:

USF in the Gasparilla Bowl would be a rough draw since that would be a home game for the Bulls. The Fenway Bowl sounds fun in theory but a lot depends on the weather with that one. A game against USF, or Memphis, or Tulane (which could well end up in the playoffs instead) has potential for a lot of points on both sides.
