The 6-foot-3, 185-pound Brown took his visit to Virginia Tech over the weekend. The opportunity to play for Franklin resonated.
“I think he knows how to create a winning culture and he has been recruiting me for a while now and so the trust and the connection we have built has been special,” Brown said.
Brown is a very dynamic playmaker that as a senior averaged nearly 25 yards per catch turning 26 receptions into 638 yards and nine touchdowns. He also rushed for 284 yards and eight more scores. He had a pick six, a kick return for a touchdown and a punt return for six as well.
The Rivals Industry ranks Brown as the nation’s No. 49 receiver.
