New Kentucky football coach Will Stein sat down for a podcast interview on The C.L. Brown Show prior to the start of the 2024 season.
In the 30-minute interview, he spoke on how he made the transition into coaching, some of his most memorable moments playing at Louisville, and the many coaching influences he had that have shaped his coaching style.

“He's so aggressive in a good way, that's what I really appreciated that year, his motto is feed the studs and I stole that straight from him," Stein said. "It’s pretty simple, get your best players the ball as many times as you can. How do you do that? You do it with formations, you do it with schemes, personal groups — however you need to because players win games.”
Hear this and other analogies from Stein on the podcast from Aug. 7, 2024.
