The Tennessee Titans ended their homestand with an extremely disappointing loss to their division rival, the Jacksonville Jaguars.
This week, they head to the Cleveland Browns, who have had their share of struggles this season. You can catch this matchup at noon CST on FOX on Sunday.

This, of course, will be the big headline this week. Especially from the Shedeur Sanders fandom, as they hope for him to prove the league wrong. Infamously, he and Cam Ward were expected to be the top two quarterbacks selected in the 2025 NFL draft. There are already claims from his fandom that he is the better player. This is despite him taking longer to earn his opportunity in a situation with more talent. The league's evaluation process can be wrong, but he has done nothing yet to shed doubts about his fifth-round slide. The hope is that Ward can turn this noise into motivation, and Shedeur tunes it out and stays focused on developing into a professional.
Browns' outstanding rookies
Speaking of Shedeur, the rest of the Browns' rookie class warrants a bigger spotlight. Mason Graham, Carson Schwesinger, Quinshon Judkins, Dylan Sampson, and Harold Fannin are all bringing massive value to this roster. Graham is showing why he was viewed as the most complete defensive tackle in the draft. Schwesinger has been an extremely smart and strong run defender with a quick trigger. Judkins has been a brutal rookie running back and has been fulfilling expectations quite nicely. Sampson has been great as well, scoring long touchdowns in the pass game. Fannin has been a RAC machine, too; teams have had a tough time tackling him. The Titans will need to be disciplined with him.

After a promising game versus the Seahawks, the Titans fell right back into the cellar with a 3-point performance. Outside of that first drive, the Titans could not move the ball. Through a combination of Ward, the wide receivers, and the offensive line, the team performed poorly in the pass game. What should have transpired was sticking with the run game longer, especially after early success with it. There needs to be a better game feel with the coaching staff.
Browns' offense is in bottom 5
Not to fear for the Titans' defense, the Browns' offense is bottom five as well. It's a shame because, comparatively, there is more talent surrounding the quarterback in Cleveland than in Tennessee. Between Flacco, Gabriel, and Sanders, none of these players maximized the roster. Sanders still has the opportunity to do so, and he has a good chance against this defense.

Myles Garrett's season has firmly cemented him as a Hall of Famer in the making. He has been double-teamed at a ludicrous rate and has still put up 19.0 sacks on the season with an entire month of the season remaining. He is more than likely to break the single-season record, with him only needing 4.0 to do it. With the Titans' offensive tackle situation, it wouldn't surprise if he got close this Sunday
Titans' lack of fourth-down feel
As seen in the chart above, this coaching staff has had a conservative game feel. They have been the most conservative team in the league in fourth-down decision-making despite really having nothing to lose. McCoy and Callahan have both been cowards, and Ward was right to call it out this week in a presser. Hopefully, it doesn't fall on deaf ears.
