According to the gameday accountability update for Week 12, two Chiefs players were fined. Kingsley Suamataia was fined $8,108 for the blind-side hit during the fourth quarter on Colts cornerback Charvarius Ward. The penalty occurred while running back Brashard Smith was rushing the football up the field when Suamataia delivered the blind-side hit.

The fines collected are donated to the Professional Athletes Foundation to support Legends in need, and to the NFL Foundation to further support the health, safety, and wellness of athletes across all levels, including youth football and the communities that support the game.
