The sixth contestant to leave the jungle has been announced, as the series draws closer to an epic finale.
On Thursday night, it was revealed that Martin Kemp would be the sixth contestant to be axed from the jungle.
The news came as it was announced that Lisa Riley and Martin were the contestants with the fewest votes.
As it was announced that after 20 days in the jungle, the singer was the one to leave, the contestants immediately began hugging one another, with Martin saying his farewells.

He revealed that he felt like he was ‘done’ with his experience and had a lot of anecdotes to take away with him.
The eviction was another surprise, given that Lisa had been in the bottom two several times this week.

Martin looked emotional as he looked back at his time in the camp, with many celebs saying that they felt he was a father figure.
Shona even told Martin ‘Bye Dad!’ as he left the camp. He even said he wanted Shona to win the whole show.
He was also reunited with his wife, Shirley, at the end of the bridge as he exited the show for the final time. He gave his wife a hug as she wiped tears from her eyes as they were reunited.
Speaking to Ant and Dec, he also couldn’t wait to see his son, Roman Kemp, who came third in the show in 2019.
Previous evictees include Alex Scott, Eddie Kadi, Vogue Williams, and Ruby Wax, with Lisa Riley narrowly avoiding elimination thrice in a row.

Thursday night’s episode began with the campmates reacting to the news that 72-year-old Ruby Wax was the fifth contestant to be axed from the show.
Her departure left the star’s ‘gobsmacked’ with Ginge covering his eyes, seemingly in tears.
Ginge then commented: ‘Absolutely gutted. She was amazing, she kept me going in here through our conversations, our laughs, I already miss her. She was just amazing.’
