It hasn't been that long since the last beta of Android 16 QPR3, but Google is starting out the year strong, delivering a new update today that will be rolling out to all compatible Pixel devices. There are two versions of the update rolling out, with CP11.251209.007 being for the Pixel 6 and 7 series phones, and CP11.251209.007.A1 being for all other supported Pixel models.
Big fixes incoming
As far as what the update delivers, well, you're going to see some big changes when it comes to performance and usability. While there's a long list of fixes, Google sums it up pretty well by sharing that there are updates that improve "stability, performance, and usability issues."
If you've been experiencing crashes and software freezes, excessive battery drain, or even charging issues, this update will fix those problems. The connectivity should also be improved with better Wi-Fi speeds and more reliable call connections. And you'll even see some improvements to the UI.
