Slot promises to improve the Reds' performance.
Speaking to the BBC, Slot said: "I want to stay positive about the players' reaction after conceding a goal. Until the end of the first half, we played a good match."
On finding solutions, he added: "The only way to qualify now is... to qualify. We have to face our current situation and fight with everything we have."
Slot continued: "I try to analyze the players' performances as much as possible, and it's clear I’m not doing it the way I did last season. Individual mistakes are also the result of a collective effort. I need to raise my level, and that's what I strive to do every day."
