Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been cleared to play against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, Nov. 30, two weeks after a left wrist injury sidelined him.
"He was a full participant today with no designation for the game," Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said after the team's Nov. 29 practice, according to steelers.com. "So, it's all systems go."
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementThe former Green Bay Packers quarterback sustained a broken left wrist late in the first half of the Steelers' game against the Cincinnati Bengals on Nov. 16. Though Rodgers is right-handed, it wasn't immediately clear how long he would be out.
Mason Rudolph replaced Rodgers after he was injured and started Pittsburgh's 31-28 loss to the Chicago Bears on Nov. 23.
Rodgers, 41, played for the Packers for 18 seasons and is a four-time NFL MVP. He signed a one-year contract to play for the Steelers earlier this year.
