Two Steelers defenders were injured Sunday afternoon, head coach Mike Tomlin told the media, after Pittsburgh fell 26-7 to the Bills at home.
Tomlin said linebacker Patrick Queen suffered a “contusion” and “wasn’t able to run.” Queen left the game and did not return.

Pierre got the start with Darius Slay listed as a healthy scratch before the game. Asante Samuel Jr, who was elevated from the practice squad Saturday, replaced Pierre in the starting lineup.
Tomlin didn’t mention quarterback Aaron Rodgers or outside linebacker T.J. Watt in his initial injury report. Rodgers left the game briefly after being sacked, appearing to hurt his nose. Watt was seen limping late in the fourth quarter.
Rodgers later told the media his nose was cut and he hopes it wasn’t broken.
The Steelers’ health situation will become clearer as the team releases injury reports throughout the upcoming week. Pittsburgh will take on the Baltimore Ravens Sunday of Week 14.
