Sunday's Week 13 matchup between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Buffalo Bills was a frustrating one for the Steelers' defense, which had trouble containing the Bills' ground game. However, Steelers star defensive tackle voiced frustrations of an entirely different kind pertaining to an act he believed Josh Allen intentionally did towards him during the game.
Heyward and Allen were jawing back in forth throughout the majority of Sunday's game. Heyward even found himself on the receiving end of a taunting penalty after getting in Allen's face following a Bills first down.
At first glance, Heyward appeared to be the aggressor during most of the interactions with Allen. After Sunday's game, the seven-time Pro Bowler painted an entirely different picture of what really happened throughout the game.

When asked to discuss his frustration towards Allen during Sunday's game, Heyward accused Allen of intentionally kneeing him in the stomach
"Being kneed in my stomach?" Heyward asked the reporter. "And then jawing back and forth and I'm ticked off the entire game. Because as a quarterback, they are protected and I'm not? It just pisses me off."

Currently, there aren't any videos of the alleged incident where Allen may have kneed Heyward. Chances are, the NFL will likely be taking a close look at the interactions between Heyward and Allen throughout the game to see whether one or both of them should be dealt disciplinary actions.

Maybe Heyward is simply just frustrated with how Sunday's game went and is taking one particular incident out of proportion. That being said, if Allen truly did do what he is being accused of by Heyward, it could certainly have serious ramifications for the Bills and their Week 14 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Regardless of what ultimately comes of this alleged incident, Heyward and the Steelers certainly have plenty to be frustrated and upset about following Sunday's loss.
Pittsburgh now sits in a tie with the Baltimore Ravens atop the AFC North. Currently, Baltimore holds the tiebreaker over the Steelers due to having a better win percentage in common games.
With two games left, against the Ravens in Week 14 and Week 18, the Steelers still control their own destiny. Though given the fact that they have five losses in their last seven games, Pittsburgh certainly seems to be on a downward trajectory as they near the end of the 2025 regular season.
