PlayStation Plus has offered up a lot of great deals recently, but it's your last chance to grab this must-play game for free before it leaves.

PlayStation Plus has offered up a lot of great deals recently, including more games than usual for its December 2025 Essential Games Catalog. But, as is the case with PS Plus offers, games come and go. Now, a must-play title is leaving the service — and if you want to play it for free, you only have 24 hours left to claim it.

That's right — November's PS Plus Essential games are leaving after today, so if there's a game you want, now's the time to claim it. And despite a number of games leaving, there's a clear frontrunner favorite. Users on Reddit took to the site to recommend playing Stray before it leaves. "DO NOT MISS STRAY" said user AurelienRzin in all caps. "Honestly didn't expect it to be this good," replied another user.

PlayStation Plus Essential November Games Are Leaving

Because PS Plus releases its new monthly games on the first Tuesday of each month, it means today is the final day to grab these Essential games: Stray, EA Sports WRC 24, and Totally Accurate Battle Simulator. So, if you're looking to add the November 2025 games to your library, you need to do it sooner rather than later.

While WRC 24 and TABS are both fine games, Stray is really the biggest get from the past month. The dystopian sci-fi game lets you explore a cyberpunk world as a stray cat, as you navigate around the bug-like zurks and try to solve puzzles. The gameplay is fun on its own, but the story is at times heartbreaking and triumphant, which has apparently resounded with people who've played the game.

You Really Don't Want To Miss Stray

When it was released, Stray caused quite a stir. Not just because its protagonist is an adorable cat (although that certainly helps), but because of its world-building and storytelling as well. Whether you simply love felines or want to explore a well-developed cyberpunk setting, Stray has you covered.

It's also the perfect game for people who loved Flow, the recent Oscar-winning animated film. Likewise, if you want an edgier version of Little Kitty, Big City, then Stray may be right up your alley. And, really, who doesn't just love the idea of getting to play through an entire video game as a cat?

Luckily, it's still available for free on PlayStation Plus, but you'll need to act now if you want to add it to your library through that service. December 2 starts a new month of releases.
