The Bucs' offense has been beaten up all year long. Of their 11 starters on offense, only two have seemingly avoided injuries that have caused missed time in 2025. However, two of the starters, Jalen McMillan and Mike Evans, are set to possibly return as soon as this week against the Saints.

NFL Media's Ian Rapoport shared on Sunday that McMillan, who has been dealing with a neck issue since the preseason, could be back for Week 14. He shares, "Sources say McMillan, the second-year wideout who burst onto the scene with a stellar rookie season, is set to have his practice window opened soon. If there are no setbacks, McMillan could begin practicing this week -- setting the stage for an infusion of help for the season's stretch run. . .This past week, however, noted spine expert Dr. Robert Watkins confirmed that McMillan has received the green light to practice."

So with one batch of good news for the Bucs already on the board, why not some more? Veteran and franchise great Mike Evans is also set to return sooner rather than later. He suffered a clavicle issue that has had him miss the past couple of weeks, but his return lines up just in time for him to play all the divisional opponents the Bucs face over the final five weeks.

Rapaport shared, "Evans is also trending in the right direction after he broke his collarbone in a Week 7 loss to the Detroit Lions. While his return might not be this week, it could be the next. A determination on Evans' status will be based on medical scans that are coming."

Quarterback Baker Mayfield has to be grinning ear to ear with the thought of being able to have all his weapons playing together in the offense to close the season.
