A few former WWE performers are close to the end of their current TNA Wrestling contracts. Fightful reports that ex-WWE stars Mustafa Ali, Zachary Wentz, and AJ Francis will see their deals expire at the end of 2025. It was mentioned that TNA is hoping to retain a good chunk of talent on expiring deals.
Other names included reigning TNA International Champion Steve Maclin, the rest of The Rascalz faction, and Jake Something. Jody Threat's contract reportedly expired on Dec. 1. While TNA has reached out to some talent regarding possible extensions, other performers await the negotiation process.

TNA Wrestling's New Broadcast Deal
On Tuesday, TNA Wrestling announced that its flagship show "iMPACT" will be moving to AMC TV beginning on Jan. 15. Rumors began swirling with claims that the broadcast deal would hinder TNA's partnership with WWE, but PWInsider reported that this isn't the case, and the rumors were denied by both professional wrestling promotions.
Many were puzzled by the rumors, as current WWE names such as "NXT" star Jordynne Grace and backstage producer Gregory Helms were complimentary of TNA's broadcast partnership with AMC. TNA President Carlos Silva appeared on "Busted Open Radio" and confirmed the WWE partnership will continue, and he even credited the company for helping increase his promotion's business, which ultimately led to the broadcast agreement.
TNA Wrestling had several weeks of what was widely considered to be filler TV following "Bound for Glory." The company didn't have a normal episode of "iMPACT" until Nov. 13. The weeks of non-standard episodes of the show were reportedly due to TNA Wrestling being in the final stage of its deal with AMC during that span.
