Miguel Rojas isn't going anywhere.

That'll be true both in 2026 on the field for the Los Angeles Dodgers, and it'll also be true when he retires.

Rojas' future plans were revealed Wednesday night by ESPN's Alden Gonzalez.

Gonzalez shared the following on X:

"Miguel Rojas is returning to the Dodgers in 2026, for what will be his final season in the major leagues, sources said. It's a 1-year, $5.5 million deal, after which he will be assisting the front office and helping in player development."

Rojas is, of course, a Dodgers legend forever.

His home run in Game 7 of the World Series tied the game in the ninth inning, forcing extra innings before the Dodgers won to claim a repeat world championship.

He's a light-hitting utility infielder, but somehow he ran into one and made himself a hero.

Rojas won't ever have to want for anything in L.A. He's made himself a lifelong home if he wants it.

And at least right now, it sounds like that's exactly where Rojas plans to stay.
