Raphinha, over the past 18 months or so, has firmly established himself as one of the most important players for FC Barcelona.
Having seriously considered the possibility of leaving the club in 2024, the arrival of Hansi Flick as manager changed everything for the Brazilian winger, who is now also a part of the leadership group in the team.

Raphinha has always stated that it had been a dream for him to play for Barcelona, and now that he is living it, the winger wants to continue for as long as possible.
Indeed, according to SPORT, Raphinha has no plans of considering a departure from the Catalan club anytime soon, having only recently renewed his contract until 2028.
Since parting ways with Deco, the Brazilian does not work with any agent, and every agency that has approached him has received the same message regarding his future. He does not want any of them to negotiate a possible departure from Barcelona.

Indeed, after two months out, the Brazilian has returned with force. He has made a huge difference not only in terms of goals and assists, but also with his off-the-ball pressing and in leadership.
Raphinha signed a new contract earlier this year, which runs until 2028 and came with a higher salary and a €1 billion release clause. And the player fully intends to honour his contract. He is not considering another scenario.
The summer could be tempting if he performs at a high level in the World Cup under Carlo Ancelotti. Major European clubs or Saudi Arabian teams could make attempts again, but they will find a closed door.
