The Las Vegas Raiders released a statement on the decision.

Wow! What a stunner. At first, no one knew why the deal was canceled, but now several NFL insiders have confirmed that Crosby failed his physical.
According to Mike Garafolo, that’s exactly why the deal was canceled: Crosby didn’t pass his physical.
Garafolo also added that the Raiders are putting it on the Ravens as to why the trade didn’t go through.
Jeff Zrebiec, who covers the Ravens for The Athletic, added his thoughts on the situation.
“This is not the first time a failed physical has scuttled a deal on the Ravens end. It happened in 2018 when the Ravens agreed to terms with FA WR Ryan Grant, but didn't go through signing him because of an ankle issue. It happened again with Michael Brockers in 2020.”

Crosby tore his meniscus at the end of the season and had surgery for it. He was angry at the Raiders for sitting him out the rest of the year.
